Self-contained
Included in the cost of your stay is the free use of the indoor (and outdoor when open) swimming pools, sauna and gym (gym over 16 only) at the leisure centre at Sandy Balls Holiday Village, only 300 metres away. This is free for up to 2 adults and 2 children. Any extras will have to be paid for at a cost of adults £5 and children £3 per visit. During busy periods, it can be difficult to get in, so it's always best to book in advance online. This also includes 10% discount in their restaurant, Inn, cycle hire and The Retreat beauty treatment.

Upstairs
Upstairs in the lodge is open plan and measures 7 metres square and includes an en-suite shower/toilet. It contains a king size bed, 2 double sofa beds, single fold up bed, travel cot, stair gate, television, DVD player and. Bed linen and towels are provided.

Downstairs
Downstairs comprises an open plan kitchen and sitting room. The kitchen includes a dishwasher, washing machine, tumble dryer and fridge/freezer. A continental breakfast is supplied: Rolls, butter, Jam/marmalade, tea/coffee, milk, sugar, cereals and orange juice.

Sitting room
The sitting room area contains 2 sofa beds and a digital television with an integral dvd/cd player. When the curtains are drawn to separate the breakfast room from the sitting room this can become a second bedroom with en suite bathroom.

The bathroom
There is a bathroom with a large whirlpool bath next to the sitting room. A bbq stands outside the lodge for guest’s use (guests supply their own charcoal). There is also one picnic table plus 4 chairs in the garden for your use.

Amazon Prime Video, Netflix, Youtube, hulu, Disney +, etc
You may sign in to your own accounts or alternatively we do allow free access to our GUESTS Netflix profiles. (This should be set up for you upon arrival)
